Deepak Sony

Deepak Sony

President

Deepak brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Beginning with a front desk job in Brooklyn, NY, upon his migration to the United States in 1995 from India, he steadily advanced through various roles within different hotel chains. Deepak's journey reached its pinnacle with the establishment of DECORS USA in 2009, fueled by his profound grasp of industry intricacies and unwavering commitment to excellence. His vision for DECORS USA was to create products that not only elevate user experience but also address the needs of owners and management. Before his immersion into hospitality and migration to the United States, Deepak graduated from M.S University in Gujarat, India, and acquired valuable experience while working in offshore oil exploration platforms in the Middle East. Currently, Deepak oversees DECORS' corporate clientele and manages critical overseas supply chains. When not working, Deepak likes to read and stay updated on current world affairs while keeping up with cricket scores.

Utkarsh Soni

Director of Operations

Utkarsh joined DECORS in 2017, assuming responsibility for the operational aspects of the company. While holding the official title of Director of Operations, Utkarsh demonstrates a preference for comprehensively understanding all facets of the organization. Sharing his father, Deepak's, dedication to quality and customer service, Utkarsh actively engages in new product development, leveraging customer feedback as a cornerstone of his approach. ​ Utkarsh holds a Master's Degree in Business & Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Outside of his professional pursuits, Utkarsh indulges his passion for aviation by dedicating his leisure time to plane spotting.

Adam Moodhe

Adam Moodhe

Director of Sales

Adam, a U.S. Air Force veteran, joined Decors USA in 2010. With over 20 years of experience in LED lighting systems, His expertise extends to designing Machine Vision Inspection Systems utilized in LED lighting construction. Before joining Decors as the Sales Director, Adam worked on various trade publications such as Electronic Packaging & Production, Upholstery Design & Manufacturing, Corporate Design, and Restaurant & Institutions magazines, enriching his expertise in the Lighting and Hospitality Industry. Outside of work, Adam is dedicated to serving his community. He actively participates in local governance, serving on the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Emergency Management Agency. Additionally, he and his family are deeply involved in Scouting activities, reflecting his commitment to community engagement and service
