This website is operated by DECORS USA LLC ("DECORS USA," "we," "us"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and finishes are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and discontinue products at any time.

Product images and finish samples shown online are representative. Actual color, grain, and texture may vary. For projects where finish accuracy is critical, request a physical sample before approving production.

Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities, and delivery conditions stated at the time of issue. Changes to scope, quantity, finish, or schedule may require requoting.

Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only upon our written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order.

For custom and made-to-order products, production begins only after written approval of shop drawings, specifications, and finish selections. Approved documentation governs the finished product.

Lead times are estimates based on conditions at the time of order confirmation and are not guaranteed. DECORS USA is not liable for delays arising from manufacturing capacity, material availability, freight carrier performance, customs clearance, port congestion, weather, labor action, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom and made-to-order products require a deposit at order confirmation with the balance due before shipment. Approved-credit terms may be extended at our discretion. Past due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

Where a project is subject to hotel brand standards, the buyer is responsible for confirming that specified products meet applicable brand requirements and for obtaining necessary approvals. DECORS USA provides documentation, shop drawings, specifications, and samples to support the approval process but does not warrant that any product will be approved by a brand, franchisor, or third party.

Unless DECORS USA has been separately engaged to perform field measurement, the buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all dimensions provided. Products manufactured to buyer-supplied dimensions are non-returnable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DECORS USA's total liability arising out of or relating to any product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, delayed opening, or loss of revenue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Somerset County, New Jersey.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order governs that order.
